  • Yoga for Runners:

With the current situation with Covid-19, our Yoga for Runners program has moved online! that means you can now participate from the comfort of your own home! We work on core strength, balance, and flexibility. Focuses include the hips, hamstrings, calves, and all the muscles used in running. This is a great way to help you stay injury-free and improve your performance! The next session starts on June24th, 2020. Information will be sent out this weekend and will be available on this page by Sunday, June 14th. You’re going to love the new options!

  • Sweatlocal:

  • Individual and Group Training:

Whether you are looking for one-on-one training or would like to bring a friend along to share the session, we will develop a specific program designed to meet your goals. We will not only focus on the physical aspects of a healthy lifestyle, but will discuss the topics of nutrition and the mental aspects of being successful. 

  • Run Coaching:

Wanting to run your very first 5k? Maybe you want to step into the world of ultra running and don't know where to start. I can help you set your goals and develop a training plan that will get you to the starting line injury-free and ready to conquer the challenge! There are lots of free online running programs out there, but none of them take you as an individual into consideration. No two runners are alike and there is no cookie-cutter program that fits everyone. 

  • Spartan (obstacle course racing) Coaching:

As of October, 2018, I am now a certified Spartan SGX Coach! Check out the info at the top of this page about individual and group Spartan SGX training!

  • Distance Coaching:

Want to work with me but don’t live in the Huntsville area? No problem! I work with athletes all over the country! My distance coaching encompasses all areas of training, including strength, cardio, flexibility, mental training, and nutritional guidance. Not only that, but I also am a huge believer in the importance of mental training and accountability. You will get all of that from wherever you are located! I ask my athletes to keep in contact with me on a very regular basis in order to ensure adherence to the program, as well as allowing us to adjust things as needed. Nothing is set in stone once you get it. We work around things that we all deal with, like work schedules, injuries, vacations, sick kids, etc.
