Are you a new to running and want to complete your first 5k? Maybe you’re a longtime runner and want to better your times or reduce your chances of injury. No matter what you’re looking for, I can help you reach your goals. Running plans are customized for each individual person. No cookie cutter programs here! I will also guide you with running-specific strength training, which is sure to keep you running for many years to come!

Individual and small group training

Feeling lost in the weight room? Don’t know where to start? I will help you define your goals and get you set up on a plan to help you reach those goals! Strength training is vital in maintaining and improving muscle mass, which helps boost metabolism, improve bone density, lessen the chances of injury and make you feel and look more confident and strong! I also coach at Sweatlocal in Jones Valley and would love to see you there! This studio is full of energy and people who are awesome at supporting each other. The owner, Jeidi Pippins, also offers a free trial week so that you can check it out!

Yoga for runners

Yoga can help you in more ways that I can even begin to list! As runners, we tend to have tightness and imbalances that can set us up for injury. Yoga for Runners focuses on the things that we need, like the hips, hamstrings, and calves. We also work to improve balance and core strength, as well as clearing our minds. Classes are held at Sweatlocal in Huntsville.
